Our two cents: We (Starbridge Partners) are also seeing a rising salaries as larger Fortune 500 companies figure out how they will apply Data Science / A.I. to their business and competition for experienced PhD level specialist, data scientists heats up further. There is a reasonable pool of good candidates at the recent Masters / PhD grad level and salaries will probably stablize at the less experienced end of the spectrum within a few years. – Ted O’Brien
